Strawberry Biscoff Stack

Fresh Strawberries, crunch from the Biscoff crumb and get saucy with Maple syrup and or a Biscoff sauce as well!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of Buttermilk Protein Pancake Mix
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 5 strawberries
  • 1 pack off Biscoff biscuits
  • Maple Syrup  

Biscoff Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons Biscoff spread

  • Milk (we used oat)

Method / Directions

  1. Mix up a bowl of Buttermilk protein pancake mix using ½ cup of mix to ½ cup of water.

  2. Break up a small packet of Biscoff pieces and add them to the batter. Keep a small amount for topping afterward!

  3. Pour your Buttermilk x Biscoff mix into the pan and flip up a great big stack of pancakes.

Topping

  1. Add sliced strawberries to the top of your stack.

  2. Break up the remaining pieces of Biscoff & sprinkle them over the top of your stack.

  3. Drizzle with maple syrup and or an optional biscoff sauce.

Biscoff Sauce

  1. Add 2 tablespoons of biscoff spread to a small saucepan.

  2. Gradually add milk 1 tablespoon at a time until you reach a consistency suitable for pouring over the baked protein pancakes.
