Ingredients

Ingredients (for one bowl)

Cinnamon Swirl

  • 1 tsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp of the prepared pancake batter
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Sweetener to taste (monk fruit, stevia, etc.)

Frosting

  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp light cream cheese
  • Splash of vanilla extract
  • Sweetener to taste

Method / Directions

  1. Mix the base: Combine all base ingredients in an oven safe bowl.
  2. Make the cinnamon swirl: Mix the melted butter, 2 tbsp of the prepared pancake batter, cinnamon, and sweetener until smooth. Pipe or spoon it in a swirl pattern on top of the batter.
  3. Cook:
    1. Oven: Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 25–30 minutes
    2. Microwave: Cook for 3–4 minutes, until set
  4. Make the frosting: Stir together the Greek yogurt, cream cheese, vanilla extract, and sweetener until creamy.
  5. Serve: Drizzle or spread the frosting over the warm pancake bowl and enjoy your high-protein cinnamon roll breakfast!
